Please read carefully before completing the registration form.

YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THIS WEBSITE.

Select Casting Ltd may, at its discretion, add or delete features or services. By registering as a member, you agree to use the website in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.

When using the website you agree to:

provide true, accurate and current information about yourself as asked by the websites registration form.
maintain and update your registration form in order to keep it true, accurate, current and complete at all times.

If you provide any information that is untrue or inaccurate, or Select Casting Ltd has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate or not current, Select Casting Ltd maintains the right to suspend or terminate your account and also to refuse any and all current or future use of the service, or any portion thereof.

Select Casting Ltd reserves the right to amend or delete any information posted by members which it considers inappropriate.

Select Casting Ltd provides member web pages (registration), the associated storage space and broadcasting facilities as a service to members. Details created online with the Select Casting Ltd registration form should be considered as Web pages and must adhere to all member web page guidelines and laws. Select Casting Ltd will not be responsible for the content of any registration pages (past credit/cv details) and the film clips/video show reels, photographs, music or personal views expressed therein: they are the responsibility of the posting member and not Select Casting Ltd. Select Casting Ltd is unable to review Past credits/cv details in any way before they appear on the Past credits area of the website. Select Casting Ltd reserves the right to remove any details (past credit/cv or otherwise) from the Website.

Select Casting Ltd provides space for Members to post detials of their past credits/cvs but can make no implications or express any warranties about the reliability of these pages. Select Casting Ltd is not responsible for any damage caused by loss of access to, or deletion or alteration of member detials (Past credits/cvs or otherwise): All individual members are responsible for monitoring their pages.

You understand and agree that all information, data, text, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials (all and any content) that is posted on the Select Casting Ltd web site is the sole responsibility of the person from which the information/content originated. Select Casting Ltd does not control the information/content posted using the service. As such, Select Casting Ltd. does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any such content. You understand that by using the service, you may be exposed to some or any content that may be considered offensive, indecent or objectionable. Whilst Select Casting Ltd. does not condone such material, Select Casting nor its employees can be held responsible for any such material published by members. Please see following list of a non-exclusive list of actions and content which is not permitted on the website:

Any and all use of copyrighted material without permission of the author or owner.
Any material that portrays illegal activity, exploitation of children, racism, bigotry, hatred, or material that is harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of others privacy, racially or ethnically objectionable or any material which is deemed as such by Select Casting Ltd.
Any forging of headers or other means of manipulating identifiers with a view to disguise the origin of any information/content passed through the service or to produce or create a restricted or password-only access page or pages or hidden page or pages or images.
Any information/content that you do not have the right to produce under any law or under any contract relationship or otherwise.
Any information/content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
Any information/content that contains any viruses or any other computer code, files or programs which are designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or any hardware.
Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

You agree that the use of the website is entirely at the your own risk.The website is provided on an 'as is' basis and is without warranties, implications or liabilities of any kind, either expressed or implied. Select Casting Ltd does not provide any warranty with respect to any information or content, services or products that are subsequently provided through or that are in conjunction with the web site. You agree that Select Casting Ltd is not liable for any conduct by members registered or associated with the web site including, but not limited to, members past credits/cvs, films, video clips/show reels, music or photographs. Select Casting Ltd and third-party information or content providers make absolutley no guarantee of the accuracy, correctness, or completeness of any information that is created on the web site. Select Casting Ltd are not responsible for any errors or omissions that may or may not occur from the use of information. Select Casting Ltd are in no way responsible for any failures, delays or interruptions in the delivery for any of the information or content or indeed the services provided by the web site. Select Casting Ltd is not responsible for any losses or damages that may or may not arise from the use of the information or the content or even the services provided through or in conjunction with the website.

You must agree to indemnity and hold Select Casting Ltd and its employees harmless from any claim or demand, including solicitors fees, made by any third party due to or resulting from your information or content, your use of service, your connection to the service provided or your violation of any rights of another.

You agree that you will not in whole or in part reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service in any form or any means.

You agree to accept that Select Casting Ltd reserves the right to at any time and also from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services provided, or part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that Select Casting Ltd will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any service in whole or in part.

You agree that Select Casting Ltd, can and will at its sole discretion, terminate your password, your use of the service, remove and discard any information or content posted within the website and service for any reason, including without limitation, if Select Casting Ltd believes that the reputation or otherwise has been violated or that you have acted inconsistently . Select Casting Ltd may also at its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the service, or part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the service may be effected without prior notice and in such a case Select Casting Ltd may immediately deactivate or delete your Account details including your past credits/cv and/or associated filmclips/show reels, photograph, or music etc therein and/or disallow any further access to any files or the services provided. You agree that Select Casting Ltd shall not and will not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination or de activation in whole or in part of your access to the service and or the services provided in conjunction with the web site.

Select Casting may at any given time run advertisements and promotions on the website. By registering on the Select Casting Ltd website you agree that Select Casting Ltd has the right to run any such advertisements and promotions at any given time. Your subsequent correspondence or any business dealings with, or participation in any promotions of, advertisements found on the service are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that Select Casting Ltd shall not and will not be responsible or liable for any loss or any damage of any sort resulting from any such dealings or due to the result of the presence of any such advertisers on the web site.

Select Casting Ltd may at any time provide links to other Web sites or resources. As such Select Casting Ltd is not in control over any such websites and/or resources, you accept and agree that Select Casting Ltd is not in whole or in part responsible for the availability of any such external websites or resources. Select Casting Ltd does not endorse and is not under any circumstances responsible or indeed liable for any content, information, advertising, products, or any other materials on or available from or via any such websites or resources. You agree that Select Casting Ltd will not and shall not be responsible for or liable for, directly or indirectly, any damages or losses caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by or connected with use of any such information, content, goods or services available on or through any such web site or resource.

You accept and agree that the service and/or services and any necessary software developed in connection with the service and/or services contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressed authorised by Select Casting Ltd.

You accept and agree not to modify, hire, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create any works that are based in whole or in part on the service or services provided in conjunction to the website.

If you are using your own transportation please be careful when driving through and around the film sets. Please make sure you only park in areas allocated for you.
Please do not speak to cast memberswhen on set as they are busy. It is unprofessional and highly distracting.
Please rmember that during meal times, the cast and crew eat first unless you are specifically advised otherwise.
Please remember to be polite to cast and crew. Do not swear, only speak to cast if and when they address you.
Please listen to all instructions given to you and follow them carefully.
Please do not talk on the set, especially when the A D is talking. Do not talk on set during an action take unless you are intructed to do so.
If a member of the public approaches you for assistance, it is advisable to get a crew member to help them.
NEVER ask a cast member for an autograph or take a camera on set, see the person in charge of you. At all other times ask if it is alright to take a picture.
NEVER run on the set unless you are instructed to do so.
Do not touch ANY technical equipment or props unless instructed to do so.
Do not assist a member of the crew with their job. Do not interrupt them from doing their job.
If you are instructed not to go in an area, there is usually a good reason such as it may be dangerous to do so.
Please maintain your position until told that you can relax.
NEVER leave the film set without permission.
Never abuse any prop or costume that you may be given. Ensure that you take great care of it. When booked for a job you are expected to arrive on time and ready to work. The job requires alot of waiting around so be prepared for this. The Production company may at any time cancel the job for extras up to and including the evening before your job without compensation. If hired for a number of days they can cancel the next days job without compensation up to and including the evening before the next days job.
At the end of the day, hand back all props and costumes that you have been given in the condition that you received it.
If in costume remember that it is JUST a costume, don't forget that if you are wearing a policemans uniform that does not make you a policeman. DO NOT attempt to play pranks whilst in uniform as it will have serious consequences for yourself as well as the cast and crew.
Most of all, please use common sense and conduct yourself in a proper and professional manner.
